What’s the weather like in Sharm El Sheikh in July?

At this time of year, Sharm el Sheikh is at its hottest with lots of golden sunshine and very high temperatures. With its subtropical desert climate, the Red Sea resort is perfect for beach holidays relaxing in the sun. Remember to seek shade during the hottest part of the day though, when UV levels are at their highest. The heat gets even more intense in the afternoons when temperatures rise to an average of 37°C, so make sure you seek shade, wear sun cream and stay well hydrated. After dark the temperature dips slightly to 27°C, perfect for evenings out at the resort’s many restaurants and bars. No rain is expected in July and with 13 hours of sunshine each day the weather’s perfect for lazy days at the beach.
