Hawaii is located in the Pacific Ocean and made up of six islands that are known for their golden beaches, stunning scenery and fantastic climate. You can expect plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures throughout the year when you go on holiday to Hawaii.

Easterly trade winds help to control the humidity and heat, which means the weather is more enjoyable and less humid than most tropical climates. This is great if you aren’t used to the heat but want to soak up as much sunshine as you can on holiday.

The best time to visit Hawaii is in the dry season, which runs from May to October. The average high temperature is 29°C with over ten hours of beautiful sunshine per day.

The surrounding sea is very warm and if you love swimming, you’ve come to the right place. The water is around 24°C in winter and 27°C in the summer, which means you can enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of the year.

If you prefer cooler temperatures and don’t mind the odd rain shower, the best time to go to Hawaii is between November and March. Temperatures reach 23°C during the day with mild and pleasant weather in the evening.
