What's the weather like in Lake Garda in February?

Lake Garda is Italy’s largest lake, and lies in the north of the country between the cities of Milan and Verona. It has a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and cold winters. February is wintertime in Lake Garda, and temperatures are chilly during the month. It rains on around one in three days at this time of year, but there’s half as much rain as the wettest months of the year. If you visit in February it’s a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket as well as plenty of warm layers, and a wetsuit’s a must-have if you’re going into the lake’s water.
