Weather in Troulos

Troulos is on the south coast of Skiathos and enjoys a Mediterranean climate with lots of warm sunshine that lasts all year-round. Temperatures are usually in the 20’s and rarely fluctuate much from the two distinct seasons. Summer runs from April to October while winter arrives in November to May. For mild weather and plenty of sunshine, a winter holiday is a great option. Most days are very warm and you can even enjoy a day out sunbathing on the beach if it’s warm enough. The average temperature is around 10°C with highs of 14°C. The best time to visit Skiathos for the most sun and best temperatures is in the summer. Each day is blessed with clear blue skies and a very small chance of rain. The warmest time of the year is in July and August when temperatures reach highs of 28°C. Cooling sea breezes blow in from the Aegean Sea and help control the heat and humid weather, making activities like hiking, sightseeing and sunbathing more enjoyable.
