What’s the weather like in Vietnam in March?

With glorious sunshine and prolonged dry spells, March is one of the best months to visit the Central Asian country of Vietnam. In northern Vietnam, temperatures hover around 19°C during the day, making it the ideal time of year to go trekking in the mountains or exploring the cultural sights. In March the beaches in the south are a hot 29°C, perfect for sunbathing or splashing in the crystal clear seas. With such high temperatures, make sure you pack lots of high factor sun cream and seek shade at the peak of the day. No matter where you travel in Vietnam, March is very dry so there’s little chance of rain.
